CONDITIONS OF SALE

It is the customer's responsibility to verify application eligibility prior to starting the install. JetPros, LLC is not responsible for parts installed incorrectly due to suggested applicability. It is the duty of the purchaser / installer to verify eligibility prior to install.

CERTIFICATE OF CONFORMANCE AND FORM 8130

Factory tags, paper work, or 8130 Form MAY come with certain items. For new surplus items purchased without an 8130 form JetPros, LLC provides you with its own Certificate of Conformance at no charge.

The following conditions with be provided with the indicated certifications:

  • Overhauled (OH) - Provided with either FAA Form 8130-3, EASA Form 1, or a dual release (8130/EASA).

  • Repaired (RP) - Provided with either FAA Form 8130-3, EASA Form 1, or a dual release (8130/EASA).

  • New (NE) - Provided with either OEM Tag or FAA Form 8130-3 or Trace from an Approved Source.

Any and all paperwork that is included with item(s) for purchase beyond the before mentioned certifications per condition will be stated with item for purchase online. It is the customer’s responsibility to verify the item for purchase will come with the included paperwork they desire. These forms cannot be furnished after you receive the part.

JetPros, LLC Certificate of Conformance will be included with every order containing new surplus items.
